今年科睿唯安（Clarivate Analytics）在美国时间2026年6月18日发布了2025年Journal Citation Reports（JCR，期刊引证报告）。随着国家对中国本土期刊发展的越来越重视以及中国科技期刊卓越行动计划的逐步实施，在新的JCR发布之际，我们对国内SCIE（以下简称SCI）期刊收录情况和影响因子的变化进行分析。
相比2025年的292份中国SCI期刊，今年的中国SCI期刊共299份，新增了7份（新增11份，剔除4份）。其中10分及以上的有71份，相比去年的60份，增加了11份。5分及以上有161份，相比去年的139份，增加了22份。
相较2025年，排名前十的中国SCI期刊发生了不小的变化（表1）。其中，今年排名第一的Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy影响因子从去年的52.7猛涨至81.2，去年排名也稳居第一。eScience的影响因子由36.6涨至52.9，继续位列第二。排名第三的Electrochemical Energy Reviews影响因子从去年的36.3涨至50.7，排名从去年的第四升至第三。排名第四的iMeta影响因子从去年的33.2涨至44.4，排名从去年的第五升至第四。Nano-Micro Letters虽然影响因子从去年的36.3涨至38.5，但是排名从去年的第三降至第五。去年排名第六的eLight今年排名降至第七，影响因子从去年的32.1降至31.4。Cell Research虽排名由去年的第七降至第八，但影响因子却由25.9涨至31.1。Cancer Communications同样在今年排名有所下降的情况下，影响因子由去年的24.9涨至28.4。去年未进入前十而今年进入前十的期刊有Molecular Plant和Military Medical Research。去年排名前十的Fungal Diversity和Carbon Energy今年均未进入前十。

新增的中国SCI期刊一共有11份（表2）。
新收录的中国SCI期刊
2025年JCR报告中，有4份被剔除的中国SCI期刊，为Mycosphere，Frontiers of Medicine，Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering，Frontiers of Mathematics in China。其中，Mycosphere的地区变成了USA。另外3份则是未被最新的JCR报告收录。
本文所提到的“中国SCI期刊”定义为JCR报告中地区归类为China Mainland的SCIE收录期刊。
