We are pleased to announce that on February 17, 2026, Xia & He Publishing Inc. received notification from Clarivate Analytics that Journal of Translational Gastroenterology (JTG), has been officially accepted for inclusion in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) database. All articles published since the journal’s launch in September 2023 will be indexed and accessible via the Web of Science platform. The journal is expected to receive its first Impact Factor in 2027.

JTG is dedicated to publishing high-quality basic and clinical research in gastroenterology, hepatology, and pancreatology. Launched in September 2023 and published by Xia & He Publishing Inc., the journal is led by Editors-in-Chief Professor Jiande Chen of the University of Michigan, USA, and Professor Hua-Xiang Xia of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, China.

JTG’s inclusion in tESCI represents an important milestone in its growth.
